I doubt O'Donnell or her handlers would have an answer.

In one of the articles I cited, she spoke of the "science" of creationism, but the article points out that the source was a creationist "science" institute, so you know that they had a hypothesis (God made all of us in 6 days) and that they would most likely be unwilling to accept any data that suggests otherwise.

I think you have inspired me to make another blog post soon about the science of creationism... should be interesting and make for a nice short post!Kevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13492761988793782893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2761582841002481643.post-58395867944435410712010-10-19T23:32:20.869-04:002010-10-19T23:32:20.869-04:00Here are my questions to Christine O'Donnell (...Here are my questions to Christine O'Donnell (and those who hold her views) about teaching creationism, or as they like to call it, "The Theory of Intelligent Design" (sounds more like an interior decorating thing, doesn't it?): In which high school class do you want this "theory" to be taught? If the answer is "Science" then my next question is "where is the scientific evidence supporting this theory? And by evidence, I mean evidence from well-respected, peer-reviewed scientific journal research articles, on par with those supporting Darwin's Theory of Evolution though Natural Selection?" They will not have an answer for that, because there isn't any!!! So, then I will say, "Only science should be taught in science class. If a theory has not one shred of solid scientific evidence to support it, then it should not be taught in a science class." End of story!ginnynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2761582841002481643.post-40735217122762399122010-10-19T18:26:29.082-04:002010-10-19T18:26:29.082-04:00If O'Donnell is all in support of teaching cre...If O'Donnell is all in support of teaching creationism on equal footing with evolution, than she should have no problem equally supporting the teaching of "other" creationst theories, such as the Hindu creation story where Brahma creates everything, Vishnu maintains and Shiva destroys, repeating a cycle of Universes being created and destroyed.

Or the Japanese Shinto faith where they believe the great Anazagi dips his spear into the water to create the islands. Or African creation myths...

What about the creationist story of the Mpbei faith?

Or is O'Donnell a close minded religious fanatic who believes her faith's beliefs need to be shoved onto other people.craighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05958123666756086023noreply@blogger.com
