Tim Pawlenty Asks For Money He Called "Reckless"

Ben Smith wrote an article for Politico highlighting the reversal made by Minnsota Governor Tim Pawlenty in the acceptance of federal funds.  While he had directed state agencies to avoid federal grants from the health care legislation, he has now decided to ask for hundreds of millions in federal money from a bill he called "reckless."

Does that make Pawlenty "reckless?"

Can somebody say "hypocrite?"
